This initiative is designed to help defray the travel and living expenses of scholars who wish to use the Langum Family Papers or the de Mattos Family Papers, both of which are located at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library (formerly the Illinois State Historical Library) in Springfield, Illinois.
The Langum Papers and the de Mattos Papers are catalogued under the OCLC/FirstSearch database, Worldcat. The library began accessioning these papers to provide insight into a multi-generational professional family with many ties to Illinois.
